These are so rich and fudgy. They keep for a few days, if you don’t eat them all before then. Enjoy with some of your favorite non-dairy frozen dessert.

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free and Vegan Chocolate heaven!!!

 

Preheat oven to 350.

1 c. sorghum flour

1/4 c. tapioca flour

1/4 c. millet flour

1/2 c. cocoa powder

2 tsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp. xanthan gum

1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. Nucoa or dairy-free margarine

1 c. sugar

Ener-G foods egg replacer for two eggs

1/2 c. apple sauce

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. Enjoy Life Foods Chocolate chips

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream margarine in a large mixing bowl.  Add sugar, egg replacer, applesauce and vanilla. beat until light and fluffy.  Then mix in the dry ingredients.  Stir in chocolate chips. Grease  8×8 pan, pour in batter and spread evenly. Bake for 30-40 minutes. They should just start to pull away from the edge of the pan and be somewhat firm in the center. If they are still underdone, return to oven and check every three minutes until done. Cool, cut and enjoy!!! Great with Purely Decadent Chocolate coconut milk frozen dessert.
