This morning I decided to go for a light and easy breakfast. It is a great alternative to a smoothie. I used strawberries and bananas, but you could use any combination of fruit that you have on hand. This breakfast provides protein, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals. Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Yogurt and Fruit Breakfast Parfait
1 6oz. Non-Dairy yogurt (I use goat yogurt, but you could use soy, coconut, rice)
1 rounded Tbsp. ground flax meal
3 strawberries, sliced
1/2 medium banana sliced
Place ingredients in a bowl, serve and enjoy! This could also be enjoyed as a dessert.
